All orders are shipped via different postal/shipping providers. We currently make use of the Australian Postal Services as well as other various courier providers. Orders willbe delivered within the time frame advertised during checkout as per your chosen shipping method.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us, but within five days of you receiving it. For hygienic reasons, all products must be returned in original condition with tags attached – unworn. We do not offer refunds, but products can be exchanged for items of equal value. Postage is not refundable and customers are responsible for all associated shipping/delivery costs. If the product is defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge, but only once we receive the defective product from you. In order to accept your returned item, please ensure that you contact us via email beforehand.

The purchaser / user indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.

The private information required for executing the orders placed through our e-commerce facility, namely the user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. www.ecali.com.au currently makes use of PayFast for its transaction provision using their securely encrypted site for User protection.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse our Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
